You will probably have to use Google to find a website that has translators. Or, you could ask a Spanish professor at your local college.Online English to Spanish translator?
    Yahoo has one - http://babelfish.yahoo.com/

But none are going to give you a "good" translation. Try translating English to something and back. It will come back all messed up.Online English to Spanish translator?

I use it ALL THE TIME! It gives much more information than most translators (like google translator) which just give the simplest direct translation. Definitely bookmark this site!

I need a English to Spanish translator, how much do they usually charge an hour?

Not sure about what they charge.....but here are a few FREE sites that translate for you. Hope it helps...

Probably a college student would do it for you for $10-$25 an hour, and call that a good deal. Ask a professor to recommend someone, or call up and ask the Spanish Department. The charge could depend on how hard it is -like whether it's a love letter or a scientific paper. You can find higher-priced rates if you do an internet search for language translators. There are several free translation services on the internet, and some of them only do the free work for very small %26amp; simple jobs, and advertise that they do more professional translating for a fee. You could check them out to get their rates. You might also try elance, at the link below. It's a website for freelance workers who do all sorts of work. You can describe the job and say how much you'll pay, or you can ask for bids on it.

In California, I found the professional translators were very expensive. Instead, I hired a bilingual language student at the college for about 1/5 of what the pros were charging, plus, her work was reviewed by a Spanish professor before she got paid.I need a English to Spanish translator, how much do they usually charge an hour?

  • I need an on-line translator that translates from English to Spanish.?

Must be a good translator website because such sites as Google translator, translate the text in Spanish sentences that do not make sense.

If you want someone else (or a website) to translate Spanish for you online, you're going to have to pay for the translation so that it makes sense.

I used to use a translation site in high school to make it through my Spanish classes, then I just decided to give in and learn the language for real. Now I'm majoring in Spanish. This really is the easiest way to do it. :) Plus that, your teachers will ALWAYS know when you've just used an online translator and might not grade you as easy.

If you need help with specific words/conjugations, ask on here or go to the forum at http://www.wordreference.com/es/translation.asp?tranword=welcome. The people on there are all native speakers and are VERY helpful.

    Good luck!
