What is the best English-Spanish electronic pocket translator?

Looking for something with not just a dictionary, but also with phrases too. Latin American or Mexican dialect preferred, if such a thing exists. Phrases for dating and communicating with close friends is a huge plus!

bilingual books inc. has a bunch of books and maps and such that have phrases and words you would actually use... very helpful bookstores like barnes and noble and borders usually have a whold section for them.

and the electronic fly-pen has a spanish edition, ive never used one but ive heard they are neat...
